Your Sensitive Santa experience is a time of joy, capturing magical moments with dimmed lighting, no music and an extended sitting time.

These sessions are reserved to provide a relaxed environment for visitors of all ages who seek sensory-friendly surroundings while providing an opportunity for all to enjoy the magic of Christmas.

All staff are fully trained to ensure a positive experience and each child who visits Santa will also receive a Christmas gift.*

Designated entrance:
Entrance is strictly via Entry 7, near TK Maxx. A staff member will meet you at the designated entrance and direct you to the Santa photography set. Click here to view the centre map.

Santa booking information:

Book early to secure your preferred time.

Online bookings are esssential to ensure everyone can enjoy a magical Santa visit.

Arrive on time to ensure you don't miss your booked session and to avoid crowds or extended wait times.

Please ensure you have your booking confirmation ready on your phone or as a printed copy.

Photos will be available after your session - you can expect to wait approximately 10 minutes.
